Notifications
Rivanorth Oko tells you about confirmed alerts by email, in the in-app Inbox, and optionally by webhook or text message.
Go to Settings › Notifications › Email notifications. There is a master switch, Email notifications enabled, and then By risk level with Critical, High, Medium, Low and Informational.
Turning off the master switch, Critical or High asks you to confirm first. Emails are sent when an alert becomes Action required.
Inbox in the sidebar holds your in-app notifications. Filter by All, Unread or Read, and use Mark all read to clear the list.
Under Settings › Notifications › In-app inbox you choose which events appear: New alerts, Assigned to an alert, Comments on your alerts, and Alert resolved or reopened. Turning one off only hides it from the Inbox. The alerts themselves stay on the Alerts page.
Webhook
Section titled “Webhook”Oko can post each confirmed alert to your SIEM or ticketing system as a JSON event. See webhooks.
Text message
Section titled “Text message”SMS is an optional add-on. Under Settings › Notifications › SMS notifications, choose Request access and Rivanorth will contact you.
